DIY : NO SEW Hippie feather headband

What you will need....
 Suede leather cord, scrap fabrics, fabric glue, skinny wire, feathers, small piece of leather   

 First, take the cord and two long narrow scraps of fabric ( I use old curtain fabric,) and the wire.  Wrap the wire around all three very tight.  Then braid them to a length that will wrap around your head.  Seal off the other end by wrapping the wire around all three strands.  Then take your fabric glue and small piece of leather, and roll the ends together.  Wait to dry.  You can choose to cover up the wire or let it show, it looks neat either way.  Next, cut a piece of suede cord and use the wire to wrap the feathers on cord on the ends.   

Lastly, take the suede piece and wrap it around the head band.  I placed mine on the side so it would swing down towards my face, but you can experiment with where ever you like it.  Then use the wire to wrap and seal the cord in place.  Voila!  Hippie-headband!
